You’re probably all aware that our favourite social networking site facebook has recently gone public on the stock market. It’s hard to imagine that this colossal corporation started out eight years ago in the dorm room of a geeky Harvard undergraduate. What we found even more interesting was this chart which contextualises the size and value of facebook.  We were amazed to find that its ‘population’ falls behind only India and China!
