Plain-English proposal

After we chat about your project we'll send across a plain-English explanation of how we'll make your website work.  We'll include prices and let you know how long it will take.  (We've been doing this for a long time, so we're good at keeping costs and time scales down.)

Meet for a chat

If you like what you read in the proposal, we usually like to meet up for a coffee.  We'll talk about the project in more detail and make sure we know exactly what you want to achieve.  It's also nice to get to know you a little better - it makes it easier for us to create a website we know you'll love.

Give us the go-ahead

If you decide to go ahead we'll request a holding deposit of 35% of the setup fee, and start sharpening our pencils (yes believe it or not we still use pencils and paper to sketch out and refine design ideas!). 

Design guarantee

We'll send across an initial design of your website for you to mull over.  We have a design guarantee which means we'll work with you until you love your web design.  Then we'll chat about your design and tweak it until you love your new look.

Website build

Once you're happy with how it looks, we build the code by hand using industry best practices to ensure your website is fast, search engine friendly, cross-browser compatible, and accessible to disabled users.  That sounds dull, but it's also crucial to providing you with a quality finished product.

All the extras, none of the fuss

We provide and set-up your hosting, domain name and email so you don't have to deal with any of the technical stuff.  Your website will benefit from 4 daily back-ups so you can rest easy knowing your website is safe.  Your email will benefit from the industry's leading spam protection, Mailfoundry Anti-Spam.  Say goodbye to all those time-wasting spam emails.

You're in control

Then we hand the website over to you, and give you telephone training so you can update your website yourself.  You can update your own website from virtually any computer with an internet connection.  You can even make updates from your smart phone.

We're always available to provide ongoing smiling support if you have any questions.  We even have a support ticket system that let's you keep track of all your support enquiries (you can test it for yourself at http://support.siteclick.co.uk - we'll get back to you asap).
